Each year the troop holds an awards banquet to honor our newest Eagle Scouts and also those Scouts that have completed Merit Badges requirements and achieved level or rank changes. Many troop awards are given to scouts of all ages including first-year scouts.
     Parents and other relatives are welcomed and encouraged to attend and we will usually have 200-300 people under our large tent. The bus crew cooks an exceptional buffet barbecue dinner for all to enjoy after the awards are given.
     The banquet is held the last Saturday in May after the last regular meeting and before summer camp at Ransburg (typically the 2nd week of June).
      The next Eagle Court of Honor will be held on May 30, 2009 on the south lawn at the Governor's Residence.
