Frank Otte is the Scoutmaster of Troop 174.  Frank is a member of the Immaculate Heart of Mary Church. Frank is an Eagle Scout from Troop 174 and has worked in various roles for the troop since being a scout himself.

He is a lawyer with Clark Quinn, LLP, has two bird dogs, Maggie and Kate and is married to his lovely and patient wife Julie.
  Dick Rocap is the Troop Committee Chairman of Troop 174 sponsored by Immaculate Heart of Mary Church in Indianapolis. The Troop Committee is comprised of adults in Troop 174 and meets monthly to plan troop activities.
